Between 10.00am and 3.00pm come along and connect with like minded women who love to travel, meet our fabulous team of tour hostesses and hear about our style of travelling and what brings women to Sisterhood.Talk to us about your travel dreams whether they be near or far. Hear about our fun events, get togethers and mini breaks. We would love to see you all. Light refreshments will be served throughout the event and there will be exclusive offers on the day! Our founder Hayley Morris will be our 'guest' speaker with the theme of "When the time is right" at 1pm.

This is one trip not to miss! From beginning to end, we were enthralled, in awe and truly amazed at what we saw and experienced. Cairo is a kaleidoscope of colour and aroma and an absolute hive of activity. From here we visited the gigantic and incredible Pyramids of Giza and were truly humbled at what was constructed over 4000 years ago by thousands of labourers, each pyramid taking approximately 20 years to build. From Cairo we cruised down The Nile and disembarked to visit amazing Temples, among them Temple of Karnak, Temple of Horus and Temple of Kom Ombo. The hieroglyphics in the tombs were just incredible and it was difficult to imagine just how old they are and how perfect and vibrant they look. Our Hot Air Balloon Ride over The Valley of The Kings and Queens was absolutely spectacular! On board, we gently cruised down the Nile and enjoyed watching farmers and locals getting on with daily lives. One of our highlights was a serene sail on a felucca to the magnificent Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan ( where Agatha Christie wrote Death on The Nile) and we were serenaded by a father on son in perfect harmony. The Afternoon Tea was delectable. We also spent a morning in Abu Simbel where the temple was moved from The Nile to dry land - a process which took many years and was aided by 42 countries in order to protect this magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Listed Construction. It was just breath-taking. Our two day trip to the Sahara Desert was such an adventure where we drove in jeeps through The Black and White Deserts and spent a memorable evening sleeping under the stars while our Bedouins cooked and catered for us- it was truly fabulous. Part two of our trip was spent in Jordan where we were all utterly surprised at the influence of The Romans. There are magnificently preserved ruins in Jerash and Amman and we spent a day exploring these. Mt Nebo was a beautiful sight and we enjoyed Madaba and Karak. The Jewel in The Crown was undoubtedly Petra! Oh Wow Wow Wow! This place can only be seen to be believed - it is beyond your wildest dreams. We had two days to explore this and we did just that- partly on foot, horse, camel and donkey! We spent a wonderful evening dining in Little Petra in a cave that dates back to 200 years BC where we enjoyed delicious bedouin food. The final leg of our trip was at The Dead Sea where we rejuvenated, revitalised and relaxed in the therapeutic and healing mineral-rich waters of this Salty Sea. We had a lot of fun slapping mud on each other and trying to "sink" as our laughter resonated as far as Israel! We had a super bunch of women who embraced the challenges, adventures and culture with smiles and positivity and everyone encouraged each other along the way. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience and for your generosity of self and spirit! This is definitely one which should be up on top of or close to the top of every person's Bucket List. I had often heard. "If you have the opportunity you must visit Norfolk Island " An unexpected opportunity did come up and with only a few days' notice I was off ! We were a small group of 12 and for many, first time travellers with Sisterhood. A few of the 'sisters' felt both a little nervous (and excited)but this didn't last too long as we settled into our accommodation and got ready for our first night out at a traditional Polynesian "fish fry " which was an indication of things to come. Norfolk is a tiny island in the South Pacific defined by majestic pine trees and jagged cliffs. Sandy beaches include Emily Bay with its reef protected waters , Anson Bay and Steele Point both with magnificent views of the South Pacific Ocean. Our time on the island was spent exploring the historic colonial site of Kingston with its beautiful Georgian homes , the Governor's House, the old hospital and the convict jail. Many of our guides were "islanders" and direct descendants of Tahitians and HMS Bounty mutineers who were very proud to share their heritage. We enjoyed a morning bush walk in the National Forest , a visit to renowned author Colleen McCullough home, experienced "wetls" - traditional food tasting, enjoyed the local restaurants ,shopping and quickly fell into the easy pace of the island where the free roaming cattle had the right of way on the roads. Most importantly we enjoyed each other's company , whether it was having "pre dinner" drinks, sitting under a tree chatting or strolling on the beach. Lots of laughs and friendships were made so …. "If you have the opportunity you must visit Norfolk Island ".

Moroccan Magic is just that. Our day in Casablanca sets the tone for this magical tour! We are woken by the call to prayer at 6.15am and head to Hassan 11 Mosque where a sense of calm is bestowed upon us. We marvel at the craftsmanship and its beauty.  We hit the road and head north to Chefchaoen – familiar as the blue city. We climb mountains to watch the sun set over this beautiful town before some serious carpet shopping.
 

Our time in Fez does not disappoint. We explore the Medina with its 9454 alleyways including some of the narrowest in the world. Not only is it the epicentre for trade for the locals, but it is also a magnet for sisters keen to grab a bargain.
 

Magic is certainly woven on us as we venture into the Sahara Desert. We tear through the desert in 4WD’s, in the very capable hands of our thrill-seeking drivers. We share tea with a local Amazi woman and of course ride camels into the dunes at sunset. Ahhhh!

Our journey takes us from East to West through some of the most remote parts of this amazing country. Retracing the steps of caravan traders of the past, the farmers amongst us are captivated by basic farming techniques across a harsh landscape.
 

We enjoy the reality that we are staying in the same hotel stayed in by Brad Pitt when filming at the nearby Atlas Studios!
 

We travel on switchback roads which are not for the feint hearted and cross the High Atlas Mountains…only to keep pinching ourselves.
 

Next big player on this ‘wow factor’ itinerary is Marrakech. We immerse ourselves in the hustle and bustle, we learn to cook and we pamper at the hammam!  Manic and marvellous, Marrakech is simply good for the soul.
 

Rounding out this simply wonderful three weeks is the seaside town of Essaouira. We interact with the local fisherman and marvel at their methods.  Essaouira is a personal favourite and a fitting end to a wonderful tour.

We experienced cultures and a life we did not know. We have made friends who now call us family. It was a privilege to travel with such a great bunch of women. We have all been enriched by this magical journey.

A group of 11 almost strangers came together for a wonderful visit to Ubud, Bali.  From the get go you could tell these girls were going to embrace our free and easy tour format.  We had ladies who had travelled to Bali before and we had first timers and with the option to do as little with the group or as much with the group as you liked, the girls soon discovered there was much to see in Ubud and the surrounding area.  Massages, shopping, a batik painting workshop, silver jewellery workshop, a visit to a local temple to share in the celebrations of the New Moon and the opportunity to relax poolside at our fabulous accommodation. With our accommodation within easy walking distance to the main street of Ubud, it soon became routine for the girls to wander off in different directions often with other sisters to further explore.  We discovered a rice paddy walk and the more strenuous RidgeTop walk (I'll be thinking of you when I'm getting a massage on that one). Each night for dinner we all came together to share in the day's experiences.  It was a fabulous free and easy adventure, topped off by a wonderful group of women who many by their own admission would never have visited Bali any other way.

With superb weather for 8 out of the 9 days we travelled the West Coast of Tassie, we couldn't have ask for better weather or company.  Our guide Dean was also fantastic, being a local he knew all the places and more to share with us.  Starting in sleepy Launceston on a sleepy Sunday, Dean took us along east and west of the Tamar River showcasing beautiful rolling green hills and pastures.  Including a visit to Grindelwald where for a second we really thought we were in Switzerland. Then onto Cataract Gorge to again bathe in the beautiful sunshine as we explored this beautiful area.  A leisurely walk around Launceston showed the many historical buildings and it really is amazing when you look up and see that most of these architectual wonders have stood the test of time.  The next day we head off to Ashgrove Cheese Company and onto Anvers Chocolate to stock up on supplies.  The town of Penguin delighted many before moving on to Stanley with the dramatic Nut offering a commanding backdrop to this quaint town.  Some opted to walk to the top whilst others caught the last chairlift to enjoy commanding oceanivews as far as the eye could see.  For a first time visitor to Stanley I was impressed.  Onto Smithton to the Tall Timbers resort where we spent 2 nights. The following day we venture into the Tarkine Wilderness area stopping along the way to view waterfalls and enjoy rainforest walks.  We even made a quick stop at Sisters beach!  How appropriate. A visit to the beautiful seaside village of Boat Harbour proved popular with many of us considering applying for job advertised in the best positioned cafe I've ever seen!  Onto to Table Cape before travelling to Cradle Mountain still being blessed by beautiful weather so much so that our Cradle Mountain guide said that the weather we enjoyed the day we visited only happens 10 days a year!  Onto Zeehan the mining town again with their beautiful buildings dotted along the main (and very short) street.  Arriving into Strahan where the bubble burst and our first sign of rain appeared.  The turn in weather did not dampen our spirits as we enjoyed a Gordon River Cruise with an interesting visit to Sarah Island, once a brutal penal colony.  With remnants of the past still on show, an eerie feeling bestowed upon us.  Strahan is a very picturesque town and we were said to say goodbye as we headed into Hobart via Derwent where we enjoy an amazing visit to The Wall gallery.  In Hobart, on the home stretch now, many enjoyed an optional Bruny Island day tour spoiling us with tasty local treats and rare sighting of a white wallaby.  A fabulous time away with a fabulous group of supportive women.

1. A deposit of $100 is required to hold your place on any 2021 overseas tour and is payable upon booking.
2. For tours stating “pricing coming soon” please email us with your request.
3. Upon the confirmation of your tour going ‘live’, you will receive a confirmation email, where you have 72 hours to “confirm” your place, transfer to another tour or receive a full refund.
4. Upon your confirmation, you then fall under our standard payment schedule and terms and conditions.
5. Fully refundable deposit should your tour not depart due to COVID-19 restrictions or not achieve minimum numbers.

Thanks for the Memories in 2017!

The first of it's kind - our new option for travellers - Pop Up! If you are the type of traveller who enjoys plenty of free time and independence, then a Pop Up tour is perfect for you! Designed to include return airfares, accommodation including breakfast, transfers and orientation city sightseeing tours not to mention friends for company - the rest of the itinerary is up to you. You can enjoy free time to shop, sightsee or be pampered, the choice is yours and your Sisterhood Tour Manager will be on hand to facilitate any additional arrangements you'd like to ensure your enjoyment of your Sisterhood Pop Up Experience! Usually longer stays at each destination to really give you the cultural feel of a place. You will need to be independent, active and be able to manage your own luggage whilst on any of our Pop Up tours.

The girls and I are having a great time on our Spectacular European River Cruise. We have enjoyed our 4 night stay in Paris and was so excited to catch up with my old friend Catherine who delighted us with a guided visit to Fragonard Musee and a lovely afternoon tea at the famous Angelina's (for all Melbourne ladies think Hopetoun Tea Rooms on a much larger scale). Many of us enjoyed a Night Tour of Paris, pinching ourselves upon seeing the blinging lights of the Eiffel Tower. Others enjoyed the famous Lido Cabaret Show which did not disappoint. Getting lost in the Metro was a fun way to explore the many areas of Paris - you never know where you are going to Pop Up! A dinner in the lively area of Montmatre was a highlight with some of us brave enough to try the escargot (Snails!). Busing to Amsterdam from Paris was an interesting drive with a stop in Antwerp the world's go to place for diamonds! Arriving into Amsterdam and checking in to the Emerald Star to begin our cruise - let the excitement continue. Our spacious cabins provided amazing views and with the vistas changing daily we were always treated to beautiful new views. Take a look at the photo below and see for yourself!

A group of ladies recently enjoyed our Foodi Melbourne Dessert & Cup Cake Dessert tour. With visits to Chokalait home to the famous chocolate pavlova, Ganache with their divine Belgian Hot Chocolate, Small Cup Cakes and more.... a light lunch was enjoyed afterwards in Hardware Lane.

A small fun loving group of women are getting ready for their 2 Day Melbourne Peninsula Getaway departing 1 April 2017. With a visit to Red Hill markets with over 250 stalls to choose from, a visit to beautiful Heronswood Gardens, the new Eagle Sky Lift at Arthur's Seat and a visit to the fabulous Peninsula Hot Springs. Can't wait to share this quickie getaway with friends.

Currently our Kimberley Safari Girls are enjoying the warm weather and amazing sights of the Bungle Bungles!

Currently the girls are loving their women only tour of Sicily & Italy.  With views of bubbling Mt Etna in the background to the beautiful sights of Lipari this tour will be over before our travellers know it!

Alberobello - a UNESCO World Heritage Site unusual for its districts of white-washed conical-roofed houses called 'Trulli'.

'Take me there' one lady said to me.  And we will.

After our successful tour to Europe last Christmas, our 2015 itinerary promises to be a delightfully enhanced version. 

I have the pleasure of hosting our small group this year and having been to many of these places in the Summer I cannot wait to see the beautiful transformation that Winter is promising! 

A little cold no doubt but I'm sure the many splendid sights promised are sure to dull the senses (here's hoping) not to mention a bag full of hand wamers!   

Everyone deserves to take time out of their busy lives to relax, unwind and get back in touch with themselves. 

Our busy lives often prevent us from looking after the wellbeing of the most important person in your life - ourselves. 

A visit to Kamalaya Wellness Retreat in Koh Samui is a must do if you really want to concentrate on bringing out your better self with the gentle encouragment of yoga and meditation and a fabulous array of relaxing and holistic treatments. 

Forget technology including your phone, Ipad, computer etc and  - all of these are frowned upon - visiting Kamalaya is the one place you can truly escape these techno ties and concentrate on yourself.  

I first visisted Kamalaya in 2014 with my sister.  My second visit was with my group in September and it was so rewarding for me to see many of these women embrace their environment and take advantage of not only the included treatments but also seeing many of the visiting practitioners that are invited to Kamalaya to 'work their magic' so to speak.  With great success from many accounts. 

A free an easy itinerary, a little different from our usual tours, our time at Kamalaya was quite often solitary giving us time to reflect on things but with the option to catch up at lunch time or dinner time to share our day's experiences. 

Returning to Kamalaya in 2016, it will be a pleasure to introduce a new group of women who have not only come together to share in the joys of travel but to reconnect with themselves.
