**TIPPING**
Local tipping is customary in Morocco. Sisterhood Womens Travel tipping system on all group tours involves passengers contributing to a kitty which is paid to the tour hostess at the beginning of the tour who then distributes it daily to service providers on your behalf. This avoids the need for you to consider individual tipping situations daily throughout your trip. The estimated amount for your tour is EUR180.00 and this will be confirmed in your final documentation.

Moderate Fitness Rating - A moderate level of fitness will be required for these tours due to the length and/or overall physicality of our tour itinerary. You can expect to walk more than 10,000 steps daily on more challenging terrain and longer periods. The accommodation throughout our itinerary may differ in star rating due to location. We stay in a mix of riads, kasbahs and hotels which may have different-sized rooms. We will endeavour to be fair with the room allocations. Some of our accommodation may be basic in style whilst others may be more opulent. This is all part of the Moroccan experience. Riads will have stairs and not often lifts so be prepared for the physicality of getting to and from your room on occasion. You will be expected to carry your own luggage to your room unless you are prepared to tip a porter.

Upon arrival in vibrant Casablanca, we’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to our hotel, where the adventure begins. With the remainder of the day free, take some time to relax, refresh, and settle into the rhythm of Morocco—perhaps soaking up the city’s energy from a terrace or simply unwinding after the journey.
This evening, we’ll gather together for a special welcome dinner at our hotel, the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow Sisters, share first impressions, and toast the beginning of our Moroccan journey. Welcome to Morocco—where history, culture, and colour await at every turn.

Casablanca - Rabat (B, D)
This morning, we begin with a half-day guided sightseeing tour of the captivating city of Casablanca. Discover the splendour of the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest and most impressive mosques in the world, where intricate artistry and sweeping oceanfront views create a truly unforgettable experience. Continue through the elegant Ville Nouvelle, with its blend of French-colonial architecture and modern vibrancy, and along the glamorous Avenue Corniche, lined with cafés and seaside charm.
Afterwards, we journey onward to Morocco’s capital, Rabat, where history and modernity harmoniously intertwine. With our local guide, we’ll explore highlights of this sophisticated city, including entrance to the evocative Chellah Kasbah—a serene necropolis of Roman and Islamic ruins wrapped in mystery and beauty. Here, ancient walls and lush gardens provide the perfect setting to reflect on Morocco’s layered past.

Day 4 - Tuesday 6 October 2026
Rabat - Chefchaouen (B, L, D)
Today we'll make our way to the beautiful city of Chefchaouen. Beautifully perched beneath the raw peaks of the Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen is one of the prettiest towns in Morocco, an artsy, blue-washed mountain village that feels like its own world. While tourism has definitely taken hold, the balance between ease and authenticity is just right. The old medina is a delight of Moroccan and Andalucian influence with red-tiled roofs, bright-blue buildings and narrow lanes converging on busy Plaza Uta el-Hammam and its restored kasbah. En route to Chef, we'll enjoy lunch at Tetouan before arriving in the late afternoon.

Day 5 - Wednesday 7 October 2026
Chefchaouen (B, D)
Today we set out to explore the magical “Blue Pearl” of Morocco—Chefchaouen. With its labyrinth of alleys and striking blue-washed walls, the town feels like stepping into a dream. Our guided tour will take us to highlights, including the Spanish Mosque, offering breathtaking views over the medina, and the graceful Grande Mosque, a symbol of local heritage.
We’ll stroll through the cobbled Plaza Uta el Hammam, the vibrant heart of the medina, where cafés and shops spill onto the square and the scent of spices drifts through the air. This is the perfect place to soak in the atmosphere, snap photos, or people-watch while sipping mint tea.
After our guided exploration, the remainder of the day is yours at leisure. Wander at your own pace, shop for handmade crafts, or lose yourself in the medina’s charm before returning to the hotel.

Chefchaouen / Meknes / Fes (B, L)
This morning, we bid farewell to the enchanting blue streets of Chefchaouen and journey toward the cultural heart of Morocco—Fes. Along the way, we’ll pause in the Imperial City of Meknes, once a grand capital of the kingdom, where towering gates and monumental architecture still reflect its golden age.
We continue to the sacred town of Moulay Idriss, pausing for a memorable lunch at the renowned Scorpion House. Perched high on a rooftop terrace, this atmospheric spot offers sweeping views and is owned by the visionary behind Morocco’s famous Clock Cafés in Fes, Chefchaouen, and Marrakech.
Our afternoon takes us deep into history at the evocative Roman ruins of Volubilis. With its well-preserved mosaics, crumbling columns, and expansive views across the fertile plains, this UNESCO World Heritage site is a fascinating glimpse into Morocco’s ancient past.
As the sun lowers, we make our way to Fes, where our home for the next nights will be the exquisite Riad Le Jardin des Biehn, a serene oasis filled with lush gardens and authentic Moroccan charm. Dinner tonight is at leisure, giving you the chance to relax or explore the flavours of Fes at your own pace.

This morning, we set out on a guided tour of the fascinating Fes Medina—one of the world’s oldest and most vibrant living medieval cities. Our journey will take us through its maze of narrow alleys and bustling souks, where every turn reveals centuries of history. We’ll explore the main historical landmarks, while also venturing off the beaten track to discover hidden artisanal workshops where skilled craftspeople practice age-old trades, from ceramics to leatherwork. Along the way, we’ll pause to enjoy the serenity of Islamic gardens, offering a tranquil contrast to the lively medina streets.
After the morning’s discoveries, enjoy lunch at leisure in one of the medina’s many cafés or rooftop restaurants, soaking in the atmosphere at your own pace.
The afternoon is yours to continue exploring—perhaps lose yourself in the winding souks, admire the ornate architecture, or simply relax in a riad courtyard with mint tea.

Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace, embracing the magic of Fes in whatever way feels right. For those drawn back to the labyrinthine medina, it’s the perfect opportunity to dive deeper—bargain for handcrafted leather goods, vibrant ceramics, or intricate metalwork, each piece carrying the soul of Morocco’s artisans. Every turn reveals another hidden gem, whether it’s a spice-laden stall, a courtyard café, or a rooftop terrace with sweeping views.
Alternatively, you might choose to slow down and relax at our beautiful Riad Le Jardin des Biehn. With its serene gardens and peaceful ambience, it’s an oasis where you can simply breathe, journal, or share stories with fellow Sisters. Whether you spend the day exploring or resting, this free day is a chance to connect with Morocco—and with yourself—in the way that suits you best.

Day 9 - Sunday 11 October 2026
Fes - Merzouga (B, D)
Today promises to be a journey as captivating as the destination. We’ll depart Fes and make our way to Merzouga, crossing landscapes that shift dramatically with every hour. Along the way, we’ll pass through cedar forests and, if lucky, catch sight of the playful Barbary apes at Ifrane. Continuing on, we’ll weave through the town of Midelt, surrounded by rugged mountains, before reaching the dramatic scenery of the Ziz Valley, where deep gorges, palm groves, and kasbahs create scenes begging for a photograph.
Lunch will be at leisure en route, offering time to pause and take in the unfolding landscapes. As we journey further south, we’ll pass the Erfoud oasis, its swaying palms standing in stark contrast to the desert plains. By late afternoon, the horizon reveals the golden dunes of the Sahara, where endless waves of sand signal our arrival in Merzouga, the gateway to this mighty desert.
Our accommodation tonight is the atmospheric Riad Serai, nestled on the very edge of the Sahara. Here, the stillness of the desert, the starry night sky, and the sense of being at the threshold of something timeless will set the scene for an unforgettable stay.

Day 10 - Monday 12 October 2026
Merzouga Luxury Desert Camp (B, L, D)
A free morning, so take the opportunity to explore the surrounding desert areas. There will be local Berbers selling trinkets to browse, or you can relax by the hotel pool.
This afternoon, after a BBQ Lunch at Oasis Tisserdmine, our guide will take us into the desert by 4WD, where, upon arrival at our luxury desert camp, we’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride at sunset. (Departure time will be weather dependent, the hotter the day the later we will depart for comfort).
When we reach our bivouac, we can relax, climb the dunes, or star-gaze while our guide prepares our evening meal. This is simply a bucket list experience, stars and dunes, a fantastic night will be enjoyed. We’ll only need our essentials in the desert, so it's best to take a small backpack, and the rest of our luggage will be left with our driver. If you've always dreamt of sleeping under the stars in the Sahara, talk to your Sisterhood Hostess and she can make this happen.

Day 11- Tuesday 13 October 2026
Merzouga - Ouarzazate (B, D)
This morning after breakfast and check out we’ll head towards the Valley of the Roses via the Todra and Dades Gorges where the crystal clear river emerging from the deep ochre and pink rock formations offer a dramatic landscape and great photographic opportunities. A lovely place to relax, enjoy and reflect on the surrounding beauty.
Continuing onto Ouarzazate we will visit Kasbah Taourirt, once one of the largest Kasbahs of the area, and home to members of the Glaoui Dynasty, who ruled the vicinity. Parts of this Kasbah have been restored by UNESCO and it is probably the main sightseeing venue of Ouarzazate.

From Ouarzazate we have some time to relax before heading to Ait Benhaddou. Time permitting, we’ll enjoy a walk to the top of the ancient Kasbah to watch the sunset end enjoy beautiful panoramic views.

Ouarzazate (B, D)
This morning we’ll discover the charms of Ouarzazate on a guided city tour. Known as the “Gateway to the Sahara” and often called the Hollywood of Morocco, Ouarzazate is famous for its dramatic kasbahs, sweeping desert vistas, and film studios where many iconic movies have been filmed. As we wander, you’ll gain insight into its fascinating blend of history and cinematic fame.
After the tour, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure—a welcome pause in our travels. Take time to unwind and soak up the tranquil surroundings of our hotel. You might choose to cool off with a refreshing swim, treat yourself to a soothing spa treatment, or enjoy browsing the resident gift shop. It’s a chance to rest, recharge, and savour the slower rhythm of Morocco before our next adventure.

Today we step behind the silver screen with a guided tour of the legendary Atlas Film Studios in Ouarzazate. Known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” these studios have provided the backdrop for countless blockbuster films and hit TV series. Wander through sets where epics such as Gladiator, Prince of Persia, and Game of Thrones were brought to life, and feel the thrill of walking through cinematic history.
As we explore, we’ll uncover the artistry behind the magic—learning how construction methods have evolved over the years, hearing fascinating insider anecdotes, and discovering the tricks that transform desert landscapes into faraway worlds. With access to both grand sets and behind-the-scenes areas, this experience offers a rare glimpse into the creative world of filmmaking.
It’s not uncommon to stumble across a live shoot during our visit, adding an extra layer of excitement to the day. The Atlas Film Studios is more than a tour—it’s an adventure into the heart of storytelling.

After breakfast, we set off for the magical city of Marrakech. Along the way, we’ll pause at the eco-retreat Terres d’Amanar to enjoy a delicious Moroccan BBQ lunch, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Atlas Mountains—a perfect moment to relax and savour authentic flavours before continuing our journey.
By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in vibrant Marrakech, a city that enchants with its colour, energy, and rhythm. As evening falls, we’ll step into the legendary Jemaa el-Fna Square, where the city truly comes alive. Lose yourself in the buzz of the souks and be captivated by snake charmers, storytellers, musicians, and performers who fill the air with magic and wonder.
Whether you wander through the lantern-lit alleys, shop for treasures, or simply watch the spectacle unfold, Marrakech offers an experience like no other. Tonight is about embracing the spirit of this unforgettable city.

This morning, we set out to discover the soul of Marrakech with a guided exploration of its most celebrated monuments. Step into the splendour of the Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture with intricate mosaics and serene courtyards, before visiting the elegant Musée Dar El Bacha, once a palace for noble guests. We’ll continue to the Medrassa Ben Youssef, an exquisite former Islamic college renowned for its ornate artistry and tranquil courtyard, and admire the striking minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque, a timeless symbol of Marrakech.
Later in the afternoon, our tour takes a more serene turn as we explore Marrakech’s famed gardens. Wander the peaceful Menara Gardens, where olive groves frame views of the Atlas Mountains, then stroll through the enchanting Jardin Majorelle, a botanical masterpiece brought to life by artist Jacques Majorelle and later lovingly restored by Yves Saint Laurent. While Marrakech is alive with modern life and development, it is also home to a wealth of buildings, sites and artifacts of crucial importance to Moroccan history. Founded almost 1000 years ago, Marrakech is a feast for the senses and has remained the heart of Moroccan life ever since, acting as Sultanate capital on occasions, but undoubtedly the country’s cultural centre.
A free day today to further explore the many alleyways of the old medina. Our hotel is in perfect reach of the Square and only a short walk from the Koutoubia Mosque for more sightseeing. Our hotel has a divine spa and a beautiful pool to relax the day away.

The town’s vibrant mix of history, artistry, and ocean breezes makes it instantly captivating.
On the way, we’ll pause for a delightful visit to the Domaine Val du Argan Winery. Nestled among rolling vineyards, this boutique estate is renowned for producing distinctive Moroccan wines. We’ll enjoy a guided tour, a tasting of their elegant vintages, and a leisurely lunch paired perfectly with the region’s flavours—an experience that beautifully blends culture and cuisine.

Our Moroccan adventure concludes in style with dinner at the legendary Rick’s Café, the atmospheric restaurant inspired by the classic film Casablanca. With its sophisticated architecture, vintage décor, and timeless charm, the café perfectly evokes the romance of the silver screen. Soft lighting, arched doorways, and intricate details create a setting that feels both cinematic and intimate.
