Day 8 - Tuesday 28 May 2024

Seoul (B,D)

Our travel provider Sidestreet Detours is committed to sustainable travel and supporting charitable organisations like the Korea Legacy Committee (KLC). By providing reusable drink bottles from Liberty Kitchen, we are not only promoting eco-friendly practices but also contributing to a meaningful cause. We will each find one of these bottles in our tour welcome pack. Proceeds go to the kitchen to help make food boxes.

Visiting the KLC (Korea Legacy Committee) is a great opportunity to learn more about their mission, see their work in action, and understand how they are addressing the issue of national poverty faced by senior citizens in Korea. It's a commendable initiative to raise awareness and funds for the elderly population while emphasising unity and cultural heritage.

A visit to KLC can provide valuable insights into their activities and inspire others to support their cause. It's a positive example of how businesses and organizations can work together to create a positive impact on both the environment and society.

An opportunity for us to visit today.  We'll head to the kitchen, meet students and learn about the work at KLC.

Dinner tonight will be a fun experience.
