Twin Share Accommodation - As the Adriatic Queen is a an exclusive charter yacht providing a personal small group enviornment, twin share accommodation is reserved for friends travelling together.
For the comfort and privacy of all travellers, we are unable to offer our usual "Willing to Share" room matching service on this particular journey. If you wish to book a twin share cabin, both travellers must be travelling companions and book together. Single cabins are available in limited numbers and are subject to availability.
Moderate Fitness Rating – A moderate level of fitness is required for these tours due to the itinerary's pace and the physical demands of certain sightseeing activities. Travellers should be comfortable walking more than 10,000 steps per day, often over uneven surfaces, cobblestones, inclines and for extended periods without frequent rest stops. You must be able to board and disembark coaches, trains and boats independently, manage stairs where lifts may not be available, and handle your own luggage when required. Tipping - In the Balkans, although tipping is not compulsory, it is appreciated. Sisterhood Womens Travel's tipping system for all group tours requires passengers to contribute to a kitty, with payments made directly to the Hostess upon departure. Your Hostess will then distribute as required to the service providers. This system eliminates the need to consider individual tipping situations daily throughout the trip. This suggested amount will be confirmed with your tour documentation.
Adriatic Queen Exclusive Charter - Unlike many Croatian coastal cruisers, the Adriatic Queen offers spacious, air-conditioned ensuite cabins located on the Main Deck, allowing guests to enjoy natural light and sea views from their room. Measuring approximately 13–16 square metres, each cabin features modern comforts, including a private bathroom, an LCD television, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi, creating a comfortable retreat after a day exploring Croatia's stunning coastline. Zagreb, Croatia’s elegant capital, is a delightful introduction to the country. With its grand Austro-Hungarian architecture, lively café culture, colourful markets, and charming cobbled streets, Zagreb combines old-world charm with a vibrant modern energy. Wander through the historic Upper Town, admire the impressive cathedral, and soak up the welcoming atmosphere of this relaxed and easy-to-explore city.

Zagreb - Ljubljana (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll discover the charm and elegance of Zagreb on a guided tour through Croatia’s vibrant capital. Admire the city’s grand Austro-Hungarian architecture, lively squares, colourful markets, and historic Upper Town as we uncover the stories and character that make Zagreb so captivating.
Later, we continue to the picturesque city of Ljubljana, Slovenia’s charming riverside capital. With its beautiful bridges, café-lined riverbanks, baroque architecture, and relaxed atmosphere, Ljubljana is often described as one of Europe’s prettiest and most liveable cities. With an afternoon free, we can start exploring our surroundings.
Tonight, we'll enjoy a traditional Slovenian dinner and folklore show.

Day 4 - Saturday 22 May 2027
Ljubljana - Bohinj (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll discover why Ljubljana is the green capital of a green country. On our walking tour with our local guide, we'll discover the area on either side of the river, with its picturesque bridges, and the central market, which owes its distinctive appearance to the great architect Jože Plečnik. The city, home to thousands of events, is surrounded by parks and protected natural areas.
Leaving the elegant streets of Ljubljana behind, we journey north through Slovenia’s picturesque countryside towards the breathtaking beauty of Lake Bohinj. Along the way, rolling green valleys, charming alpine villages and magnificent mountain vistas provide a wonderful introduction to the unspoilt landscapes of the Julian Alps.
As we arrive in Bohinj, we’ll discover a peaceful paradise nestled within Triglav National Park, where crystal-clear waters, towering peaks and fresh mountain air create one of Slovenia’s most spectacular natural settings. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, take in the scenery and experience a quieter, more authentic side of this beautiful country.

Bohinj - Bled - Bohinj (B, D)
Today, we discover Lake Bled and visit its Castle. Perched atop a steep cliff above emerald-green Lake Bled is one of Slovenia’s oldest castles. With a history spanning more than a thousand years, Bled Castle captivates visitors with its magnificence, stunning location, and breath-taking views.
In the afternoon, we enjoy a scenic cable car ride above Lake Bohinj to the Vogel mountain plateau, offering breathtaking views of the Julian Alps and Triglav National Park. Lunch included today.
We return to our hotel with dinner included.

Day 6 - Monday 24 May 2027
Bohinj - Postojna - Optatija (B, L, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we journey to the incredible Postojna Cave, one of Europe’s most spectacular cave systems. With audio guides included, we’ll explore this fascinating underground world of dramatic limestone formations, vast caverns, and winding tunnels carved over millions of years.
Following our visit, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch in Postojna before continuing to the beautiful coastal town of Opatija. Often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Opatija is famed for its grand Habsburg-era architecture, seaside promenade, elegant villas, and relaxed Riviera atmosphere.

Day 7 - Tuesday 25 May 2027
Opatija - Ravinj - Pula - Opatija (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we travel into the heart of the beautiful Istrian Peninsula for a guided tour of Pula, a coastal city rich in Roman history and Mediterranean charm. We’ll visit the remarkably preserved Pula Arena, one of the world’s largest Roman amphitheatres, where gladiators once entertained the crowds centuries ago.
Later, we continue to the enchanting seaside town of Rovinj, often considered one of Croatia’s most picturesque destinations. With its colourful waterfront, winding cobblestone laneways, charming boutiques, and café-lined harbour, Rovinj offers a truly magical atmosphere. Enjoy a guided tour as we soak up the beauty and character of this stunning Adriatic gem.

Opatija - Plitvice (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we journey to the breathtaking Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia’s most famous natural wonder and a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site. Here, we’ll explore a spectacular landscape of cascading waterfalls, turquoise lakes, lush forests, and wooden boardwalks winding through this pristine national park.
After our visit, we continue to Dreznik Grad to check into our hotel, with dinner included tonight.

Day 9 -Thursday 27 May 2027
Plitvice - Zadar (B)
Today we travel from the stunning lakes and waterfalls of Plitvice Lakes National Park towards the beautiful Adriatic city of Zadar. As we leave the lush forests and dramatic landscapes of Croatia’s interior behind, the scenery gradually transforms into rolling countryside, rugged limestone hills and charming rural villages. Before long, glimpses of the sparkling Adriatic Sea begin to appear, signalling our arrival on Croatia’s spectacular coastline. The journey offers a fascinating contrast between two of Croatia’s most treasured regions, from the emerald beauty of Plitvice to the sun-drenched coastal charm of Zadar, where ancient history, seaside promenades and breathtaking sea views await.

Zadar - Blagaj - Mostar (B)
Today we leave the Adriatic coast behind and journey inland towards the historic city of Mostar. Travelling through a landscape of rugged mountains, fertile valleys and traditional villages, we'll experience a different side of the Balkans, where cultures, histories and traditions intertwine. As we cross into Bosnia and Herzegovina, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic, with winding rivers and picturesque countryside leading us towards Mostar.
Upon arrival, we'll discover a city rich in character and resilience, famous for its iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), charming cobblestone streets, bustling bazaars and a fascinating blend of Ottoman and European influences. It's a journey that showcases the remarkable diversity and beauty of the region. En route, we'll visit the famous Blagaj Tekke, a centuries-old dervish monastery nestled beneath a dramatic cliff at the source of the Buna River. Enjoy stunning scenery and experience one of the most picturesque and spiritual sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This evening, we'll enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 12 - Sunday 30 May 2027
Mostar - Sibenik (B, D)
After breakfast, we farewell Mostar and journey back along the spectacular Adriatic coastline towards the beautiful Croatian city of Šibenik. Rich in history and coastal charm, Šibenik is known for its stunning stone architecture, winding laneways, and beautiful waterfront setting along the Adriatic Sea.
Here, excitement builds as we board our exclusive Adriatic Queen Charter, our home for the next stage of our unforgettable Adriatic adventure.
Embarkation begins at 2 pm. Get settled in your cabin before our afternoon program, when we will stroll the streets of Šibenik in the company of our guide. Šibenik is a historic coastal city on Croatia’s Adriatic coast, known for its charming stone streets, medieval atmosphere, and stunning sea views. The city is home to the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James, one of the most important Renaissance monuments in the country.
In the evening, we have our welcome dinner on board.

Day 13 - Monday 31 May 2027
Sibenik - Primosten (B, L)
After breakfast, our coach will pick us up at the port and take us to the National Park Krka, one of the most famous sights in Croatia and a true masterpiece of nature, with its waterfalls and karstic landscape. We will visit the largest cascade, Skradinski Buk, which cascades over 17 natural barriers.
After the visit to National Park Krka, a coach transfer to Primošten will be organised, where we will meet up with our Queen for lunch on board. We have a free afternoon in Primošten, which is a small, charming town between Šibenik and Trogir whose old town is situated on the former islet. Take a stroll through its narrow streets, take a coffee in one of the bars, and let this picturesque town captivate you with its atmosphere.

Primosten - Split (B, L)
This morning, we leave Primošten and sail to Split. Enjoy a swim stop and lunch on board. Upon arrival in Split, In the afternoon, we
have the opportunity to stroll through streets of this wonderful Mediterranean town in the company of our guide. Split is the second largest Croatian town, best known for its glorious palace of Roman Emperor Diocletian, which has been on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1979. After our city tour, we'll have free time to continue our exploring before dinner at leisure before heading back on board our Adriatic Queen. There are plenty of restaurants along the Split promenade to enjoy. Your Sisterhood hostess will suggest a venue.

Split - Hvar (B, L)
This morning, we bid farewell to Split and sail towards the beautiful island of Hvar, enjoying lunch on board as we cruise along Croatia’s stunning Adriatic coastline.
Upon arrival, we join a guided walking tour to discover Hvar’s rich history, elegant architecture and famous landmarks, including the Cathedral of St. Stephen, one of Europe’s oldest public theatres dating back to 1612, and the historic Fortica Fortress overlooking the town and harbour.
Later, we have free time to wander the charming streets, relax by the waterfront, browse local boutiques or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere of this beautiful island destination.

Day 16 - Thursday 3 June 2027
Hvar - Korčula (B, L)
This morning, we leave Hvar behind and sail towards the enchanting island of Korčula, with lunch served on board as we cruise through the sparkling Adriatic waters.
Often regarded as one of the best-preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, Korčula is believed to be the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Upon arrival, we join a guided walking tour through the town’s charming cobblestone streets, discovering its rich history, impressive architecture and relaxed island atmosphere.
This evening, we are free to explore Korčula at our own pace, perhaps enjoying a waterfront drink before dinner at leisure. Your Sisterhood hostess will suggest a venue.

Day 17 - Friday 4 June 2027
Korcula - Sipan/Slano (B, L)
This morning, we leave Korčula and sail towards the peaceful island of Šipan, one of the beautiful Elaphiti Islands. As we cruise along the Adriatic, we'll enjoy lunch on board while taking in the stunning coastal scenery.
Our destination is the charming fishing village of Šipanska Luka, although weather conditions or docking restrictions may see us instead visit the picturesque mainland port of Slano.
This evening, we come together for a memorable Captain’s Dinner, enjoying great food, fun and the company as we celebrate another wonderful day in Croatia.

Day 18 - Saturday 5 June 2027
Sipan/Slano - Dubrovnik (B, L)
In the morning, we set sail towards Dubrovnik, our last stop and yet another city listed among UNESCO's World Heritage sites. We will disembark at the port of Gruž, where our coach will be waiting for us.
We head to Dubrovnik centre for a guided walking tour. After our guided city tour, we'll enjoy free time to explore the rich history of the Old Town known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic". For spectacular views, enjoy a stroll along the city walls.

Day 19 - Sunday 6 June 2027
Free Day in Dubrovnik (B)
Today, after breakfast, we farewell the Adriatic Queen and make our way to our hotel. If our rooms are not ready, we can store our luggage and continue our exploring of Dubrovnik. Today is ours to enjoy at leisure in the magnificent Dubrovnik. First thing to do is walk the magnificent Walls of Dubrovnik and discover the old town from a whole new perspective.
Dating back to the 13th century, these ancient fortifications encircle the Old Town and offer stunning panoramic views over red-tiled rooftops, historic landmarks and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. A walk along the walls is one of Croatia's most iconic experiences and a highlight of any visit to Dubrovnik.
With free time in Dubrovnik, enjoy browsing the many boutiques, artisan stores and local markets tucked throughout the Old Town. From handcrafted jewellery, ceramics and lace to lavender products, olive oils, local wines and traditional Croatian souvenirs, Dubrovnik offers plenty of opportunities to take home a special reminder of your Adriatic adventure.

Another day to explore Dubrovnik. Why not take the Dubrovnik Cable Car to the top of Mount Srđ for spectacular views over the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic coastline. It's particularly beautiful in the late afternoon as the sun begins to set.
We'll regroup tonight for a farewell dinner to celebrate great times with good company!

Dubrovnik - Home (B)
Today, we bid farewell to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik and begin our journey home.
