This tour is perfect for travellers with a moderate level of fitness who enjoy discovering vibrant cities, beautiful gardens and fascinating cultural attractions at a relaxed pace. We'll explore Singapore's iconic landmarks, colourful neighbourhoods and award-winning attractions while travelling in comfort and enjoying plenty of free time to shop, dine and explore independently.
Travellers should be comfortable walking for several hours at a leisurely pace on flat, paved footpaths, within gardens, museums and attractions. You'll need to be able to board and disembark coaches and riverboats independently, negotiate occasional steps and stand for periods during guided sightseeing.

Breakfast is included daily, together with our Welcome Dinner on arrival and an elegant Afternoon Tea at the iconic Raffles Hotel. This leaves plenty of opportunities to discover Singapore's incredible food scene, from bustling hawker centres and colourful food courts to stylish waterfront restaurants and world-renowned dining precincts. As a general guide, allow approximately SGD15–25 for lunch at a hawker centre or casual café and SGD30–60 for dinner at a quality local restaurant. Premium dining experiences, cocktails and rooftop restaurants will naturally cost a little more. For comfortable budgeting, we recommend allowing approximately SGD500 per person for meals not included, together with coffees, drinks, snacks and incidental treats throughout the tour. Travellers wishing to enjoy premium dining experiences, cocktails at Singapore's famous rooftop bars or Michelin-starred restaurants may wish to allow a little extra.
Tipping:
There is no Sisterhood Womens Travel tipping kitty for this tour. Tipping is not expected in Singapore, as most restaurants and many hospitality venues already include a 10% service charge, with GST added where applicable. Excellent service is simply part of the Singapore experience. Should you receive exceptional personal service from a local guide, driver, hotel staff member or porter during your holiday, any gratuity is entirely at your discretion. Simply relax and enjoy your Singapore adventure knowing there is no need to budget for routine tipping.

Welcome to Sisterhood Women’s Travel!
Today we meet our Sisterhood Tour Hostess and fellow travellers at Melbourne Airport for our flight to Singapore.
Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, we’ll be warmly welcomed by our local English-speaking guide and privately transferred to our hotel for our six-night stay.
After checking in, we’ll have time to settle into our rooms and become acquainted with our surroundings.
Tonight, we come together for our first included dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe—a relaxed and enjoyable beginning to our Singapore adventure.

Day 2 – Wednesday 11 August 2027
Singapore City Tour – Raffles Afternoon Tea – Singapore River Cruise (B, Afternoon Tea)Singapore - City Tour & River Bumboat Cruise (B)
After breakfast, we set out on a guided tour showcasing the sights, cultures and contrasts of Singapore.
We’ll drive through the historic Civic District, passing the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, Parliament House and the National Gallery Singapore. We continue to Merlion Park, where we’ll enjoy wonderful views across Marina Bay and have time to photograph Singapore’s famous half-lion, half-fish symbol.
Our sightseeing continues with a visit to Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before passing through colourful Chinatown.
We then visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Singapore Botanic Gardens and stroll through the spectacular National Orchid Garden, home to an extraordinary collection of more than 60,000 orchid plants.
Our final stop is vibrant Little India, where the streets are filled with exotic fruits, fragrant spices, flower garlands and colourful shops.
This afternoon, we transfer to the iconic Raffles Singapore for an elegant afternoon tea in the beautifully restored Grand Lobby. Surrounded by soaring Victorian pillars and timeless colonial grandeur, we’ll savour finger sandwiches, house-made scones, cakes and seasonal delicacies.
This evening, we travel to Clarke Quay and board a traditional bumboat for a scenic cruise along the historic Singapore River. As we pass Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and the Marina Bay precinct, we’ll hear stories of Singapore’s fascinating transformation from trading port to modern global city.
Our cruise concludes at lively larke Quay, where dinner is at leisure. Your Sisterhood hostess will suggest a venue.
Afterwards, make your own way back to the hotel by taxi or enjoy the approximately 20-minute walk.

Day 3 – Thursday 12 August 2027
Marina Bay Sands SkyPark – Gardens by the Bay – Supertree Light Show (B)
After breakfast, enjoy a morning at leisure.
This afternoon, we will be collected from the hotel for our Marina Bay Sands Skypark tour and Gardens by the Bay.
First stop, be amazed with a birds-eye view of the city from the top of the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, an architectural masterpiece on-the-top of the three hotel towers at Marina Bay Sands. This 1.2-hectare tropical oasis, perched 200 metres in the air, is longer than the Eiffel Tower and is tall and large enough to park four-and-a-half 380 jumbo jets. It extends to form one of the world’s largest public cantilevers. Marina Bay Sands resort is filled with attractions, ranging from sky-high party spots to luxury shopping opportunities.
Then take a stroll along the waterfront to the city’s most popular attractions, Gardens by the Bay. This 101-hectare space of verdant greenery comprises three massive cooled conservatories filled with natural splendour. Spend time marvelling at the rare flora on display at the Flower Dome, exploring the mist-filled landscape of Cloud Forest, and marvelling at the majesty of the garden’s Supertrees. Be sure to scale Cloud Mountain for unforgettable views.
Dinner at leisure tonight - your Sisterhood hostess will arrange a venue
At 1945hrs, experience The Supertree Light Show, officially known as the Garden Rhapsody, a mesmerising nightly spectacle. Set against the backdrop of towering Supertrees – ranging from 25 to 50 metres tall – the show features a dazzling combination of lights and music, bringing the futuristic vertical gardens to life. Each performance is uniquely choreographed to a themed soundtrack, from classical music to movie scores or popular hits, transforming the grove into a luminous wonderland. The show lasts about 15 minutes and is a must-see highlight for anyone exploring Singapore’s iconic garden attraction.

Day 4 – Friday 13 August 2027
Bird Paradise – River Wonders (B)
This morning, we travel to Bird Paradise, Singapore’s spectacular bird park. Designed around eight expansive walk-through aviaries, the park recreates natural environments from around the world and is home to approximately 3,500 birds representing 400 species.
We’ll have time to discover colourful flamingos, pelicans, parrots, lorikeets, emus, cassowaries and many other fascinating species in beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Lunch is at leisure within the park precinct.
This afternoon, we visit River Wonders, Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park. Its immersive exhibits recreate freshwater environments inspired by some of the world’s most iconic rivers, including the Amazon, Congo, Ganges and Mekong.
Along the way, we may encounter manatees, giant river otters, piranhas and many other remarkable creatures. A highlight is the Giant Panda Forest, Southeast Asia’s largest panda exhibit and home to Singapore’s much-loved giant pandas, Kai Kai and Jia Jia.
Later this afternoon, we return to our hotel with the evening and dinner at leisure. Your Sisterhood hostess will suggest a venue.

Day 5 - Saturday 14 August 2027
Peranakan Culture – Joo Chiat – Bugis – Kampong Gelam (B)
Enjoy a leisurely morning to relax, shop or explore independently.
This afternoon, we set out on a fascinating cultural tour through some of Singapore’s most colourful and character-filled neighbourhoods.
We begin in Joo Chiat and Katong, an area renowned for its beautifully preserved, rainbow-coloured shophouses and strong Peranakan heritage. The neighbourhood blends traditional architecture and culture with stylish boutiques, local eateries and contemporary cafés.
We continue to the vibrant Bras Basah and Bugis precinct, Singapore’s lively arts and cultural district. Here, historic landmarks, bustling markets and modern creativity come together in one fascinating neighbourhood.
As the sun begins to set, we visit Kampong Gelam, the historic heart of Singapore’s Malay and Muslim community. We’ll admire the golden-domed Sultan Mosque and explore the surrounding streets, including colourful Haji Lane with its street art, boutiques, cafés and buzzing atmosphere.
We will return to the hotel in the early evening with dinner at leisure - your Sisterhood hostess will arrange a venue and meet you in the lobby.

Day 6 – Sunday 15 August 2027
Singapore at Leisure (B)
Today is completely at leisure, allowing us to enjoy Singapore in our own way.
Perhaps spend time shopping along famous Orchard Road, visit VivoCity, return to a favourite neighbourhood or discover one of Singapore’s excellent museums and galleries.
Food lovers may choose to explore Singapore’s renowned hawker centres, while those looking for a quieter day can relax by the hotel pool or enjoy a leisurely lunch.
Your Sisterhood Hostess will be on hand to assist with suggestions and arrangements.

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and meet our local guide for our private transfer to Singapore Changi Airport.
We farewell Singapore and board our return flight to Melbourne, taking with us wonderful memories of colourful cultures, spectacular gardens, fascinating wildlife, delicious cuisine and modern city sights.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the inflight entertainment as we travel home.
