Here, you'll be treated to a 3-wine tasting, allowing you to sample their distinctive cool-climate wines. Following the tasting, indulge in a sumptuous two-course lunch at the estate's acclaimed restaurant, which offers a seasonal menu of modern Australian cuisine with Mediterranean flavours. The welcoming atmosphere, perfectly complements the delicious food and exquisite wine, making for an unforgettable mid-day experience.

The tour culminates at the beautiful De Bortoli Estate, a family winery with over 90 years of history, set amidst a vast vineyard. Your visit includes an exclusive 5-wine and cheese pairing session in the Trophy Room, guided by a dedicated wine expert. This experience is designed to elevate your appreciation of wine, expertly matching premium and single vineyard wines with a selection of local cheeses.  Tasting will include the chance to taste the internationally acclaimed 'Noble One' dessert wine, providing a truly decadent finish to a day of indulgence in the Yarra Valley.
