When a group of women come together, many as strangers, there is something about Bali that weaves women into a tapestry of storytelling, laughter and friendship and I'm always so excited to share my love of Bali with women who embrace new experiences.
The fantastic thing about our Free & Easy Bali is, it is just that - you can do as little or as much as you like in our supportive group environment.
For our first day, we set out on an orientation walk of Ubud, to get our bearings. Our hotel is located in an ideal spot and enabled the girls to venture out to enjoy the neary spas, restaurants and the wide range of shops and markets all within easy walking distance.
During our stay, many in our group enjoyed the optional sightseeing with our guides Wayan, Wayan II, Made and Gede who were always happy to share their love of Bali with us. Visits to water temples, traditional markets, swimming at Virgin Beach and a very special purification experience at Tirta Empul temple. The more adventurous went white water rafting whilst others enjoyed their more creative side with a batik and silver jewellery workshop. A visit to Prana Spa is always a highlight as were drinks watching the sunset over Seminyak and Jimbaran Bay.
With plenty of free time to buddy up or explore at leisure, our free & easy style enables you to discover the beauty of Bali in a group but on your own terms. Many afternoons were spent relaxing by the beautiful pool, reading or chatting to others. Frequent spa visits to nearby Lily's and Fresh were enjoyed and it was lovely to see so many happy, smiling women enjoying themselves with new friends.
Thank you to these beautiful women who fell in love with Bali and supported each other through their experience.
As always I look forward to returning to Paradise with my next group.
