Itinerary
Day 1 - Monday 7 October 2024
Melbourne - Denpasar
Welcome to Sisterhood Womens Travel. Join Hayley Morris, Founder of Sisterhood Womens Travel and lover of Ubud in Bali. Meet at the Melbourne Airport for our flight to Denpasar, Bali. Upon arrival we'll be met by our Balinese guide and transferred to Ubud for our hotel check in.

Day 2 -Tuesday 8 October 2024
Free Day in Ubud to Explore (B)
Today, we'll get to know our surrounds and enjoy exploring the local town of Ubud. Our hotel puts us within easy walking distance to the main shopping precinct, markets and great cafes and restaurants. Enjoy your first visit to a nail bar or your first massage at one of the many local spas. Wander through the many handicraft, clothing and souvenir shops. Kou, a natural soap company is a lovely place for take home gifts. Ubud has many museums and galleries to explore many within walking distance from our hotel.
This afternoon we'll enjoy an authentic masterclass on how to make offerings. Throughout our stay in Ubud, you will see many offerings out on the streets, in shopfronts, everywhere and for our purification tour the following day, we'll learn the meaning behind
Tonight for dinner, we'll head to Ibu Rai's an institution in Bali and a short walk from our hotel.

Day 3 - Wednesday 9 October 2024
Free Day or Optional Sightseeing (B)
Today our local experienced Balinese Guide has some great ideas for our sightseeing today including a visit to Tirta Empul to take part in a purification ceremony; a special experience. Other sightseeing includes a visit to Suwat waterfall and a visit to a coffee/spice plantation.
If you'd prefer to continue to enjoy your free time, we'll regroup again tonight for dinner at local restaurant to share the day's experiences.

Day 4 - Thursday 10 October 2024
Free Day (B)
A day at leisure to relax or further explore beautiful Bali.
Your tour hostess is on hand to assist with arranging optional excursions and activities.
You might like to enjoy the Subak Juwuk Manis, the magical rice field walk in Ubud or for the more energetic travellers the Campuhan Ridge walk with temple and river views.
We'll regroup again tonight for dinner at local restaurant to share the day's experiences.

Day 5 - Friday 11 October 2024
Free Day or Optional Sightseeing (B)
Today our local experienced Balinese Guide has some great ideas for our sightseeing today including a visit to Pura Ulun Danu Temple on the Lake, UNESCO Jatluwih rice paddies, a visit to Batukaru and the Butterfly House at Teman Kupu Kupu.
We'll regroup again tonight for dinner at local restaurant to share the day's experiences.

Day 6 - Saturday 12 October 2024
Prana Spa Visit in Seminyak (B)
Today after breakfast, a real treat! We'll travel down to Seminyak and enjoy a blissful visit to Prana Spa, my absolute favourite Spa in Bali. We'll be treated to a luxurious full body massage, a rejuvenating facial and a divine hair creme bath! Lunch can be enjoyed at Prana before free time to explore the local shopping precinct of Seminyak. A variety of clothing, handicraft and homeware shops to browse.
Later, we'll head back to Ubud for dinner at leisure.

Day 7 - Sunday 13 October 2024
Optional Activity Day (B)
Today, you have a choice of a Batik painting class at Nirvana, a short walk from our hotel or a fun silver jewellery making class at Studio Perak. Both activities will bring out your creativity and you'll be so proud of the end result. For those not partaking in the days activities are welcome to continue their exploration of Ubud and surrounds.
The remainder of the day is free and we'll regroup for dinner tonight at a local restaurant.

Day 8 - Monday 14 October 2024
Free Day (B)
Another day to relax, pamper yourself at one of the many spa places, visit one of Ubud's many museums and galleries or relax poolside enjoying your surrounds.
We'll regroup tonight for dinner at a local restaurant to share the day's experience.

Day 9 - Tuesday 15 October 2024
Free Day or Optional Sightseeing (B)
Today our local experienced Balinese Guide has some great ideas for our sightseeing today. Including a visit to a traditional market, Tenganan village and an afternoon at Virgin Beach for swimming and relaxing.
If you'd prefer to continue to enjoy your free time, we'll regroup again tonight for dinner at a local restaurant to share the day's experiences.

Day 10 - Wednesday 16 October 2024
Bali - Melbourne (B)
A free morning before we say goodbye to Ubud and transfer to Denpasar for our flight home. Time to watch the sunset in Jimbaran Bay and enjoy dinner before heading to the airport.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the flight home.
** Your Tour Hostess will not be returning with the group but will accompany you to the airport to assist with check in.
