Together with the gorgeously peachy Alisha Henderson, The Windsor is delighted to present a weekend of delicious delights - a buffet of Alisha's creations from her debut cookbook, 'Everybody Loves Cake'.

One of Melbourne's best cake makers, Alisha is the cake brain behind Sweet Bakes and Co.Bake Space, and you may recognise her from Dessert Masters and her Cake Mail Club. Her first cookbook, Everybody Loves Cake is a collection of beautiful vintage, slab and love cakes, released on November 4.
Over this weekend, we are bringing the orbits of our two worlds together, with Alisha's delectable cake creations on our weekend dessert buffet. It's a little dash of the past, and a little romantic nostalgia, in the historic setting of our dining room. The menu will debut shortly and we'll advise once received.

Alisha will be dropping by on Saturday, 17 January, if you'd like a signed copy of her gorgeous cookbook, Everybody Loves Cake.

Our sitting will be at 2.30 pm. Please meet at The Windsor no later than 2.15 pm.
