The sisterhood was in full swing as we hiked through old medieval ruins and into castles nestled up high in a position of strategic military safety and rich in the history of Kings and Queens.
Scotland is a mysterious land, a land filled with the medieval stories of fairies, witches, clans, and battles; all threaded and wound around each other to form the fabric of their culture.
Looking back on all the photos I am amazed at the sights we saw and just how stunning Scotland is. Scotland's landscapes and natural scenery really will take your breath away.
We toured the rolling hills and lush farmland of the Lowlands and we drove through deep glens surrounded by mountains in the Highlands. There is a deep underlying sense in Scotland like somehow, we are connected to the lands that we travel through. How lucky were we to travel there and witness her beauty.
The skirts, whiskey and highland coo’s were pretty amazing too!
