Hayley Morris has applied to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for exemption from the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 to allow her to offer and arrange tours for women only and to advertise the fact. The Tribunal will hear the application at 10.00am on 9 April 2010 at 55 King Street, Melbourne, Victoria. If you wish to make a submission to the Tribunal either for or against the Application you must send it in writing address to Anti Discrimination List VCAT 55 King Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000. Please quote reference A33/2010. The closing date for sumissions is 22 March 2010.
