This avoids the need for you to consider individual tipping situations daily throughout your trip. including any specialist guides and coach drivers. The estimated amount for your tour is EUR100 (being that most of our journey is by rail) and this will confirmed in your final documentation

Fitness Level Required
This tour requires a good level of fitness.   It is an on-the-go itinerary where you will encounter uneven surfaces, cobblestones, steep inclines and some walking. As the majority of our itinerary has us utilising a Swiss Rail Pass, there is the expectation that you will be able to walk from each station to each nearby hotel.  All luggage will be transferred separately so no need to be carrying luggage.

During our visit to Heidiland there is a 4.1km walk which should take around 1.5hrs to complete.

Weather - May weather is a fickle thing. It could be summer with temperatures in the mid-20s but it could easily be the opposite with cold days and frosty nights, even in the lowlands. It can rain, hail, or be hot - you never know. And as higher up you go, the cooler it gets.
