This morning after breakfast we'll enjoy a visit to the Punanga Nui Market at Avatiu. Rarotonga’s Saturday Punanga Nui Market offers a wide range of island gifts and handicrafts, black pearls, pearl shell, jewellery, pareu fabrics, clothing, local music and fresh local produce. It’s a great place to sample homemade delicacies, or just to pass the time meeting and chatting with the locals.  We'll also have time to visit Pacific Weave & Perfumes of Rarotonga where all items are handmade by gifted artisans from many island countries including the Marshall Islands, French Polynesia, Micronesia, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Fiji and of course the Cook Islands.  Baskets, platter, home decorations, carvings, mother-of-pearl and woven adornments.  A young Cook Islands weaver makes her weaving creations in store, so feel free to join in for a lesson.

This afternoon we'll enjoy a 4WD Raro Mountain Safari Tour.  Discover the heart of Rarotonga and learn about life on the island as we climb out of the way tracks, admire the panoramic views and explore the scenic back country roads with colourful scenic commentary from experienced local guides.
